AUDITION AT GEORGIA AQUARIUM

They are looking for a LEADING MAN who is a great singer, in good physical condition, who can act and move well with strong crowd interaction skills to lead an exciting new dolphin show.

• You must be able to relocate to Atlanta Georgia for the duration of the contract
• You must be over 21 years of age
• You must be a minimum of 5’10” or taller
• You must have that Leading Man quality
• Physical agility is a plus
• Contract will run Aug.-Sept. 2010 to Aug.-Sept. 2011 with possible options to extend

Auditions will be Saturday April 17th 2010 and final call backs Sunday April 18th in Atlanta Georgia

AUDITIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

Performers will be required to first attend a scheduled group movement audition. If you go through to the next round that day you will then be required to sing a song of your choice and provide sheet music in the correct key (a pianist will be provided). You may also be required to read a script or monologue and test your improvisational skills.

Requirements for the final call day will be given to you as needed.

OUR STYLE: Hip-hop jazz fusion (similar to NFL/NBA squads)
PERFORMANCES: (Metro Atlanta area) Sporting events- Music events- Parades- Festivals- Shows-Etc.

Requirements
• Female Dancers who are 18 years of age or older by the audition date
• Must be available for all phases of the audition process and be prepared to stay as long as necessary
• Must provide one non-returnable photo (5"x7" or larger preferred). Photos are used for identification purposes.
• Must be of good moral character and successfully complete all pre-employment screening
• Must have dependable transportation to rehearsals, performances, and appearances.

Attire
• Dance or athletic half-top (stomach must be showing)
• Hot pants, dance trunks, or shorts (no full or capri length pants)
• Dance sneakers, tennis shoes, or jazz shoes with non-marking soles
• Flesh tone hose, tights, or fishnets
• Performance ready hair and make-up

What we're looking for
• Showmanship, personality, energy, and enthusiasm!
• Dancers who are well spoken and can represent the “Diamonds & Pearls” in a professional and mature manner
• Dance technique, style and ability to pick up dance choreography
• Consistent positive attitude
• Strong teamwork skills
• Physical fitness and personal appearance
• If you cannot commit for the full season, please do not audition
Finalist Interviews
• Finalists will be judged based upon speaking ability, energy, presence, maturity, ability to commit to the job, and over-all impression.

Open Call Audition for Technical and Hip-Hop Male dancers

Attention Atlanta on February 21, 2010 at 5:30-8:30 pm at Gotta Dance Atlanta there will be an open call audition for technical and hip hop male dancers. The show will feature some of Atlanta's hottest and most innovative male choreographers. Each auditioning dancer will need to bring an 8X10 headshot/danceshot and resume to the audition. Dancers may arrive as early as 5:30pm to warm themselves up and complete sign-in. Please forward this audition notification to any male dancer(s) who would be a good fit for this opportunity.
