ZOETIC DANCE ENSEMBLE 2013 AUDITIONS

Open to new adventures? Audition! Dancers are expected to be awesome, fearless, 21 or over and identify as female. In exchange, dancers will be loved, respected, trained and paid. Auditions will be held September 29, 2013 12 to 2pm at Atlanta Ballet's Michael C. Carlos Dance Centre.

THA MUSIC FACTORY DANCE CREW AUDITIONS IN ATLANTA

Tha Music Factory TV Show is holding auditions for Atlanta's hottest dance crews (ages 16+ only). Each dance crew must consist of 4 or more dancers and must provide there own music. Auditions will take place on September 21, 2013 at The Suede lounge 2pm-5pm.

Please bring your identification to the casting along with a resume and head shot.

Tha Music Factory is a music/dance show that is a cross between 106th and Park and Soul Train. Each episode features a performance by a popular hip hop artist and live dancers who make up the audience.

Blabber Mouth is getting ready for its Fall Choreographer Showcase. 7 amazing choreographers have been selected for this fall and they need dancers!

MOVING IN THE SPIRIT DANCE AUDITIONS

Moving in the Spirit, an award-winning dance program in Atlanta, GA, is looking for talented, passionate young dancers to join our performance companies. 

Auditions will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013.
2pm-4pm: Apprentice Corporation auditions (advanced performance company for teens ages 13-18)
2:30pm-4pm: Junior Company and Men in Motion auditions (intermediate companies for girls ages 9-12 and boys ages 10-13).

Students in our intermediate companies perform in Atlanta venues and at Moving in the Spirit's home theater.

 

Dancers in our advanced company, the Apprentice Corporation, have the opportunity to perform throughout the year and earn a spot in our summer touring company. Our tours have traveled nationally and internationally, with performances in Chicago, New York, Sacramento, Panama, France, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.

Dancers should arrive wearing comfortable clothing they can move in. No ballet, jazz or tap shoes required. Dancers will warm up together, then learn and perform two short dance combinations taught by Moving in the Spirit choreographers. Dancers will be scored by a panel of judges on their dance technique, maturity and focus throughout audition.
