FERST CENTER FOR THE ARTS OPEN DANCE AUDITION

SEÁN CURRAN: STAGES OF INFLUENCE ARTECH RESIDENCY PERFORMANCE

The Ferst Center’s 2012‐13 ARTech Residency "Stages of Influence" will explore a single space on the Georgia Tech campus through movement, sound, and digital installation. The influence, interaction and exploration of a single space with different artists of different genres will promote discussion on the relationship between the space and the art, how the space changes with each artist and how the individual artist met the challenge within the space. Seán Curran seeks local dancers for an original composition to be performed with Curran artistic director and lead dancer Elizabeth Coker Giron for the final installation in the space on March 1, 2013.

Audition Time: Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.

Rehearsals: October 10 at 4:00 p.m. and TBD week of February 25, 2013
