ATTENTION CHOREOGRAPHERS!!!

Blabber Mouth ATL is a choreographer showcase based in Atlanta, GA that highlights developing talent. More than just a showcase, Blabber Mouth is a mentored experience that supports the choreographers throughout the entire dance making process from start to finish. This includes auditions, workshops, attended rehearsals, and offering feedback from a panel of local, distinguished dance professionals. We want to create BlabberMouths that just can’t stop talking dance!

Eligibility: Emerging choreographers are encouraged to apply. We define 'emerging' as anyone seeking to establish their voice and creative process as a dance maker. This can include students, pre-professionals, people who have never seen their dance performed, or those who have produced several pieces.  All genres are welcome. We want to be as inclusive as possible and support choreographers that want to use this opportunity to help further their careers. Applicants from nearby states are also encouraged to apply, as long as there is a willingness to document rehearsals as part of our required, in-progress showings. All applicants must be available for dress rehearsals the week of the performance.

The showcase will be a 2-day event in Atlanta, GA during May 2013.

Exact dates and location TBD.
